- Core Equipment Included:
- Soap Mixer: The mixer is used to mix various additives and soap noodles for the production of soap and stir them evenly. Choose the domestic well-known brand gear motor, long service life.The inner blade rotates evenly, which is conducive to fully breaking and mixing the soap material. There is a discharge port at the bottom of the equipment, which is controlled by hand or cylinder, and is used for discharging materials after mixing and kneading.
- Three Roller Mill: Three roller mill is used to grind soap noodles and various auxiliary materials to improve the density and quality of the soap.Three rolls arranged in the horizontal direction of the grinder,through different speeds of extrusion and grinding,the raw material is ground twice, and the grinding fineness is 3-18um. The roller is made of alloy material.
- Soap Plodder: The plodder machine squeezes and kneads soap flakes, thin short bars, soap powder and other soap-making raw materials that have been stirred and ground into continuous soap bars.
- Cutter: Soap cutter with logo roller is mainly used for rolling logo and cutting transparent soap and laundry soap, with fast speed and high precision.
