The production process begins with our high-efficiency Soap Mixer, a critical component that ensures all raw materials — including soap noodles, fragrances, and additives — are blended to perfection. After mixing, the soap noodles moves to the Three-Roll Mill — a key machine for achieving a smooth texture. This mill uses three horizontally positioned rolls rotating at different speeds to grind and refine the soap mixture, reducing particle size and eliminating any impurities.
