Our BSW soap wrappers are continuous motion machines, operated by servomotors, studied to package rectangular and oval, banded or bandless soap bars, with single or double wrap, using paper or BOPP (Bi-Oriented PolyPropylene) or other heat sealable materials. They are complete with a device called “no soap - no paper” that stops the feeding of paper and stiffener if it doesn’t detect any soap in the infeed conveyor.

Our soap cartooning machines, also known as flow pack machines, are the easiest type of soap packaging equipment to use. Suitable for high-speed lines, they consist of an indexed chain with pushers that feed the soap bars coming from the stamping machine. The soap is placed in the center of the polypropylene that moves transversally to seal it around the soap. After that, the cutting knives cut the polypropylene to the two end of the soap and it’s ready for packing into carton boxes.
