3. Warranty period?

1 year. If the machine is damaged by non-human factors within two years, we will mail you spare parts for free for replacement.

4.  What if the machine has problems? How is the after-sales service provided?

You can send us videos and pictures of the machine with the problem.

Our engineers will analyse it and provide relevant guidance online. If the problem cannot be solved, we will send engineers to the local area to help you solve it.

5. How many days does it take to ship?

Production lines with a capacity of less than 500 kg per hour generally take about 20-40 days, and production lines with a capacity of 1000 kg per hour or more take about two months.

6. What is the formula for producing soap?

We will provide customers with detailed information about the raw material formula after they place an order.

The formula is also a kind of commercial secret. Please understand.

7. How to install the machine?

First of all, the installation of the machine is very simple. You only need to place the machine in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply, and you can use it.

In addition, if you really can't install it well, we can send engineers to your local area to help you install it, but we will charge relevant fees.

8. How to use the machine?

We have relevant instructions and will send them to you when the time comes. We will also send a video of the machine in use for demonstration.

9. Payment method?

50% T/T down payment. 50% T/T remaining payment before shipment.
